Items marked as clearance or final sale are unable to be refunded or exchanged. All digital downloads, custom orders, free gifts, and gift cards are final sale marked or not.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Pieces that have not been worn or damaged are able for return or exchange within 15 days of receiving your order. Please note, after 15 days I no longer accept returns or exchanges. If you wish to return or exchange an order, please contact me with your order number and the name of the pieces you wish to exchange or return. 

PROCESSING YOUR REFUND

Payments will be processed to the original form given within 24-72 hours upon your package being delivered back and approved for refund. Approved or not, you will receive a confirmation message to the email address linked to your original purchase. Refunds can take up to 5-10 business days to appear on your bank statement.

PROCESSING YOUR EXCHANGE

Exchanges will be processed within 24-72 hours upon your package being delivered back and approved for exchange. Once this exchange is complete you will receive a confirmation message with your tracking information to the email address and/or device linked to your original purchase.

SHIPPING POLICY

I offer free shipping for USA orders, *excluding Alaska and Hawaii. I am not responsible for paying shipping costs on returning or exchanging your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If I provide the return shipping label, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

GIFT EXCHANGE POLICY

If you received a piece as a gift, you may exchange it within 15 days of the item being delivered back. In order to complete exchanges, you must have an original invoice. Once the item is returned you will receive a confirmation message to the email address linked to the original purchase. 

CANCELING AN ORDER 

If you wish to cancel your order, contact me. I’ll look into your order and see if canceling is still possible.
