I believe your life is your greatest creative act. Being an artist has taught me that our innate creative power can be applied to every area of our lives to expand, express, and empower ourselves - that living is an art.

My journey into this work started after years of struggling with C-PTSD, crippling anxiety, and the chronic pain of autoimmunity. I know exactly how it feels when you believe your body is betraying you - when you’re stuck in survival mode, exhausted by symptoms conventional medicine doesn’t have answers for, and being told "it’s just stress" when you know it is so much more. Wanting nothing more than a life that felt worth living, I made a promise to myself to find an aligned way, and that promise sparked a passion for intentional living.

My emotional and physical pain turned me into a student of the nervous system, consciousness, and natural living. I moved from being at battle with my symptoms and emotions to living in deep appreciation and compassion, learning how to support my body and the weight of everything it’s been holding onto while it does its best to keep me alive.

My work today is a reflection of that passion for creative wellness and sustainability - not just for the earth, but for our own internal ecosystems. Healing is possible when we are intentional with our minds, bodies, spirit, and the earth. 

Whether I am lost in the flow of a painting or weaving a custom crochet piece, my passion is to inspire you to create your own life intentionally and sustainably. Through my art, I aim to nourish your environment. And through my holistic coaching, I support those who are ready to create a healthier relationship with themselves by integrating nervous system regulation, mindset reframing, and creative wellness.
